Rhapsodio satisfaction guarantee program TERMS OF USE

Rhapsodio satisfaction guarantee program is available on all products into the Rhapsodio satisfaction guarantee program categorie 

To apply :

1) Contact us to be guided. Add a product into cart and check out. You have to pay using wire transfer.

2) Once the product will be delivered,  the customer has 7 (seven) days to try it. The customer has to preserve the full package including the parcel box.

THEN TWO POSSIBILITIES :

- The customer keeps the product. There is no additional fees or cost.

OR

- The customer wants to send back the product. In this case, the customer will receive a shipping label (FEDEX OR UPS OR DHL) and will make a drop off to the closest Fedex, DHL, UPS office. The customer will use the same parcel packaging.

The product has to be like new with all boxes and accessories. You have to use your own tips until you decide to keep the product. Damaged goods won't be accepted.

The refund will be processed as soon as possible, usually between 1 to 2 weeks maximum minus the shipping costs 100 USD Flat Rate.

We are offering the shipping to send back the pair to the manufacturer.

If the product you want to buy is not in stock, please contact us. You'll be able to reserve the next ticket for the program.

The returned products will be not for sale as a refurbish product or with discount. All the products will be sent back directly to Rhapsodio. 

Please note that all the Rhapsodio products will never have any discount or special offer operations, black friday or any other kind of similars promotional operation.
